Our superior customer services earned us 5-star customer ratings on all major networks.*Position Summary*Envy Us Beauty Supply is looking for an energetic *Retail Store Manager - Chief Beauty Advisor *who loves people and all things beauty! We want you to be a part of our growing team! The role of the Chief Beauty Advisor is to manage the daily operations of the store by providing all customers an amazing shopping experience and providing sufficient leadership to staff. Superior customer service is a requirement, in addition to maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the store. It is the responsibility of the Retail Store Manager to have knowledge of and be able to speak to the products in the store. The Store Manager is also responsible for calling online customers, packaging, and fulfilling online orders.*Responsibilities & Duties** Manage the daily operations of the store to include staffing and scheduling* Lead a team of 5 employees* Manage the training, schedules, and development of employees* Create inventory orders and maintain appropriate stock levels* Greet customers upon their arrival* Demonstrate proper use of hair care, makeup, and skin care products* Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate* Track beauty trends* Identify customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences* Help clients find products they are looking for in our store* Explain to customers how to use products theyA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents re interested in buying* Inform customers on prices and special offers* Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves* Replenish stock as needed*Requirements +Qualifications** Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role is a plus* A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience required.* Prior Customer service experience in retail stores is required* Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care and skin care products* Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (eg, how to apply leave-in conditioner)* Understanding of which products suit different hair types* Excellent communication skills* Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours* Prior leadership with a team/staff is preferred.* Demonstrates excitement and patience with developing others* Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus* Must be able to lift to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.*Job Details*This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $50,000-52,000 annually.
