*SUMMARY*T and N Services and Solutions Outpatient Treatment Clinic is seeking an experienced and dependable IT Support Tech to provide technical support to the clinic and from remote locations. Experience highly preferred. T and N Services and Soultions Outpatient Clinic primary focus is on providing person-centered rehabilitation and recovery services that are tailored to the needs of the clients we serve. You'll be responsible for diagnosing computer-related issues, conducting problem analysis, and assisting us in setting up wiring in our office and providing ongoing support on a case-by-case basis for computer assistance. Must be able to troubleshoot a wide variety of systems and networks and implement corrective actions quickly.*Responsibilities: ** Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support* Setup and maintain computer hardware including laptops, printers, copiers, keyboards, and monitors* Maintain equipment and software licensing* Train and assist staff in utilizing software, and IT systems* Assist in other duties as assigned*Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Preferred)* Minimum of 2+ years of experience* Experience with windows and Mac operating systems* Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems experience (preferred)*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*This role may require some heavy lifting.
