A successful candidate will facilitate weekly program events (workshops, trainings, etc.).*Qualifications: ** _Preferred: _Bachelor's degree or higher* Have a commitment to the mission and goals of CEP* Experience in youth development and youth programs* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a professional setting* Must be computer literate including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel* Excellent organizational and administrative skills* Experience with drafting curricula/lesson plans* Demonstrated experience working with youth* Creative, professional persona* Passion for youth and youth development*Responsibilities will include: **Program Coordination** Assist the Program Director in the day-to-day organizational operations, including responding to emails, organizing/implementing meetings, managing phone calls, etc.* Responsible for the day to day operations of the program including correspondence with stakeholders and partners.* Maintain records for reporting purposes.* Organize and plan workshops for program participants.*Facilitation** Research, develop and create materials for the delivery of youth workshops.* Lead engaging, educational workshops with youth (such as program orientation, civic engagement, leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution, and career exploration).* Responsible for developing and implementing program schedules.* Train staff on program curricula and delivery of educational programming.*The Community Enrichment Project provided the following inclusive hiring information: *We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.Job Types: Part-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible scheduleSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All staff and youth participants are subject to COVID-19 precautions.Education:* Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:* Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)* Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)* Youth Program: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Required)Work Location: One location
