*Membership & Marketing Director*Argyle Country Club is seeking a Membership and Marketing Director that will contribute to the Club's success by leading efforts to increase membership, foster relationships with current members, and enhance member engagement, through strategies and programs to achieve active membership growth and retention.*Key Duties: ** Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Argyle Country Club toward identifying sources of prospective members* Responds swiftly to potential membership requests and inquiries; maintain database of potential leads* Proactively engage prospective members, provide Club tours, and offer suggestions to enroll new memberships* Assist new members to develop relationships within the Argyle community* Actively work with department heads to develop and implement innovative programs, concepts, events, and activities designed to increase and retain membership in the club* Nurture relationships with current members and assist them accordingly to ensure a high level of member satisfaction* Represent Argyle Country Club in community activities and organizations to both provide awareness of the Club and to develop sources for prospective members* Maintain the membership database and regularly update for accuracy* Use Argyle's communication tools (website, mobile app, social media, newsletters, etc.) to maintain robust interaction between the Club and its members* Maintain prospective and current membership collateral material* Attend most major club events and host regular orientations and member mixers to foster new member connections* Attend and actively participate in committee & department head meetings; prepare and present appropriate reports*Qualifications/Education/Experience** Bachelor's Degree required: degree in Marketing or related field preferred* Private Club experience is highly desirable* Excellent communications skills with a high-energy, outgoing personality* Organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task is essential* Strong computer skills: experience with Jonas is a plus* Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to develop effective working relations with members and coworkers* Social media/newsletter/web/print production experience is a must* Willingness to network within the community* Must exhibit a professional appearance* Must possess a passion for providing premium Member services and commitment to exceeding expectations*Salary/Benefits: * Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
