Alcor Technical Solutions is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support and enable proactive data-driven outcomes for internal and external projects. To support those outcomes, the data analyst will work within several platform-environments performing data mapping, data integration, anomaly detection and mitigation, and proactive performance analysis. As part of displaying relevance of those findings, the data analyst will be expected to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. This individual will work remotely but may travel to corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland quarterly. Candidates with Government agency experience is a plus.Primary Responsibilities:* Create, analyze, and validate details on back-end/source system capabilities. (e. g: identify data sources and/or provide mapping/spec definition etc.).* Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.* Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.* Deliver presentations on topics including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.* Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.* Work collaboratively with project data analysts and architect daily.* Define configuration options, reporting, and alerting requirements for new product features.* Demonstrate and champion user-centered design principles.* Facilitate and help the customer understand "how" the capability required can be accomplished, while influencing the A$ cents A cents ' not A "what.A$ cents A cents ' not A' Skills / Qualifications* 7+ years as BA or combination of 7+ years of Business Analysis and a complimentary role (example aggregate years as BA and Developer or Quality Analyst)* Experience in Agile/Scrum enterprise-scale, Azure, AWS, Active Directory, SQL, LDAP, reporting* Ability to translate technical solutions into detailed business documents.* Experience working with 100% fully remote teams* BachelorA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s degree, prefer advanced degrees and certifications in either Identity Management, Active Directory management, or security* Understanding of Web services (SOAP, REST, XML etc.) is a plus* Must be able to pass a government issued background check and residency requirements* Direct hire preferredJob Type: Full-time
