If you are thinking, this is my dream job, then apply immediately because someone else may have the same dream!**POSITION SUMMARY: *This position will assist the Human Resources department with records management, reporting, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, applicant tracking, AAP filing, technical assistance and general human resources communication, follow-up and support. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information.*QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: *Requires individual with at least two years of administrative experience, exposure and/or education in human resources and benefits. BachelorA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s degree preferred. Strong organizational, communication, technical and customer service skills are a must. Computer literacy and solid proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications required. Must be able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.*RESPONSIBILITIES: *A$ 'A' . Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures.A$ 'A' . Functions as needed as HR department receptionist and serves a back-up Corporate office receptionist; Answers and directs incoming calls, taking messages when appropriate, and coordinating video and phone conferences.A$ 'A' . Processes department incoming/outgoing mail.A$ 'A' . Maintain positive relationship with contract site HR Departments to provide guidance, direction and assistance as appropriate.A$ 'A' . Provides routine administrative support to include but not limited to typing/data entry, filing, copying, proofing, posting positions, researching etc.A$ 'A' . Respond to VOEA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s in a timely manner.A$ 'A' . Assist with compiling and coordination of data for reports for Affirmative Action Plans, auditing, analysis and monthly submissions.A$ 'A' . Responsible for assisting in key functional areas of the human resources department to include recruiting, onboarding, staffing, benefits,401(k) eligibility and enrollment process, reporting, compensation, employee relations, performance management, time and attendance etc.A$ 'A' . Supports the department, coordination and logistics associated with office training initiatives.A$ 'A' . Works closely with HR team members to provide general support and assist on special projects.A$ 'A' . May require some travel.A$ 'A' .
