Job DescriptionThe Financial Analyst will be responsible for efforts in the FP&A Department such as financial reporting, forecasting, assisting with the annual budgeting process, and recommending actions for internal stakeholders. This position will work closely with the Accounting, Supply Chain and Sales teams, as well as cross-functional operations teams. This is a hybrid position, with an onsite requirement of 3-4 days per week*Primary Position Tasks: ** Provide support to the FP&A team in building and maintaining various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports* Prepare preliminary commission statements for commercial team* Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of financial performance against historical, budgeted and forecasted results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and corporate objectives.* Support the annual budget process for the company* Provide weekly status reports to Finance for various financial metrics to include backlog, pipeline, and other ad-hoc requests* Prepare presentations to the senior management team* Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies* Identify corrective actions needed and work with Accounting staff to ensure P&L accurately reflects financial performance* Provide timely ad-hoc reporting and analysis*Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements: ** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of applicable work experience*Preferred Education/Certification/Experience: ** Must have strong MS Excelskills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion is required* Experience with Deltek Costpoint* Experience with OneStream*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ** Appropriate understanding/working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls* Demonstrate an understanding of FP&A concepts, and principles, as well as knowledge of industry practices for reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis* Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing and challenging environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated* Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and employees at other locations to maximize performance, problem solving, and results* Strong presence with ability to interact with Senior Leadership*Essential Elements* (Mental; Physical; Equipment used):This position is an office position that requires remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
