Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)

*Trillion Technology Solutions *is currently seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer. In this position, you will oversee the implementation and execution of security measures that protect and defend information and information systems by ensuring their availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and nonrepudiation. These measures include providing for restoration of information systems by incorporating protection, detection, and reaction capabilities of these information systems. You will also be responsible for organizing, documenting, executing, and reporting on security testing, in compliance of fully Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) standards, as well as addressing information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVAs). A strong knowledge base and ability to work cooperatively internally and with other teams are a must.Required Sills:* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, the Management of Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent* Experience in Information Assurance (IA) security oversight and implementation.* Experience in leading and implementing IA assessments using Government approved software tools.* Understanding and experience adhering IA standards under ATO/IATO IAW RMF and NIST SP 800-60 guidelines.* Familiarity with DoD STIG process and developing Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Experience conducting Fortify scans, review of vulnerability scan results, assessing impact of the scans and provide knowledgeable recommendations for addressing any discovered vulnerabilities* Must have IAM Level 2 certification* Active DoD Secret ClearancePreferred Skills* Familiarity with MCCAST* Familiarity with Defense in Depth principles* Familiarity with DevSecOps toolsTrillion is an equal opportunity employer.
