Good360 is a top 15 charity on the Forbes list of Americas Top 100 Charities and has a 4-star Charity Navigator rating.*As our Staff Accountant you will: ** Be a part of a fun and dynamic Finance team* Prepare Electronic Payments and ensure internal controls are adhered to* Assist with monthly close duties including bank reconciliation, balance sheet account schedule maintenance, and preparation of account analysis when necessary* Prepare journal entries with support for review* Run Fund reports from NetSuite to track expenses on a monthly basis* Assist with Audit requests and the 990 form preparation* Prepare Tax Letters for donors upon request* Prepare the monthly inventory reconciliation* Review Purchase Order values on a monthly and quarterly basis* Perform internal PO audits as needed* Review account statements to reconcile, research, and resolve issues or discrepancies* Perform check runs for customer refunds* Review and audit shipping invoices* Assist with any special assigned projects*What you will get from us!** Full benefits* Opportunities for career growth* Work/life balance* Flexible work environment in office and work-from-home flexibility* Entrepreneurial environment*What we need from you!** Required Bachelors degree in Accounting* Highly motivated with strong attention to detail* Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to communicated schedules and deadlines* Excellent MS Excel skills* Ability to work independently and/or within a team setting with minimal supervision required* Ability to communicate effectively both spoken and written* Mindset of continuous improvement* Strong problem solving and analytical skills* Positive, goal-oriented attitude* Assist with the documentation for annual audit preparation* Perform other duties as assignedJob Type: Full-timePay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
