Professional leadership training is available upon being hired.*Some Job Responsibilities include: ** Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.* Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and always giving a genuine thank you.* Focusing on providing fast and friendly customer service.* Accurately processing cash register transactions, inputting product costs, giving back change, processing checks, debit and credit cards.* Understanding the importance of and monitoring product pricing, signage, and placement and the use of product shelf tags and accompanying UPC codes.* Keeping clean, neat, and orderly check stands and work areas.* Helping maintain merchandise displays, including end-caps, floor displays and aisle displays.* Performs other duties as needed or assigned by management.*Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: ** Ability to promote and market products, and answer customer questions.* Ability to work evenings and weekends, and holidays.* Ability to proactively greet customers, be friendly, professional, polite and helpful* Ability to learn visual merchandising to create attractive displays and specialMinimum Qualifications:* Must be at least 21 years of age.* Ability to meet and deal with the public on a regular basis.* Demonstrate good verbal communication skills.* Must have the physical strength and endurance to move up to approximately 30-45lbs of cases of wine/beer/liquor.
