As a Handyman you will work under the Home Repair Managers indirect supervision. You will be responsible for material purchases, time management, customer relations and upselling on the projects assigned to you. On occasion you will be assigned a helper or sub-contract that you will be directly responsible for. Typical projects may include, demolition, masonry, framing, cabinetry, tiling, finish work, and possibly light plumbing or electrical. The scope of each project will vary greatly.You will be expected to provide appropriate tools and knowledge for all jobs you accept. Minimum 5 years job experience required.
