TIAG is currently hiring a *Senior Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO)* to support our team on an upcoming FEMA program based out of Washington, DC. This position requires a Secret clearance to be considered. This role is currently remote but may have the need to report to the DC based office when current restrictions are lifted.Senior ISSO Responsibilities:* Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security program in a cloud environment.* Provide support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs, design, and implementation of security related to IT systems in a cloud environment.* Oversee the efforts of security staff to design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to security requirements for systems in the cloud or SaaS products.* Gather and organize technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arena* Perform Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities to achieve Authority To Operate (ATO).* Implement and enforce information system security policies, standards, and methodologies in a cloud environment.* Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods related to cyber security.* Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation in accordance with DHS and FEMA guidance.* Develop and maintain system security plans, configuration management plans, incident response plans, and other Information Assurance (IA) documents.* Conduct technical vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities in the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).Required Experience:* 10+ years of IT Security related experience, including a minimum of two (3) years of FISMA experience, may be substituted if a BS degree is not held* Minimum of five (5) years hands-on compliance experience* Top Secret clearance* IAM cybersecurity certification is required such as a CISSP, Security+, CySA, or CAP.* Cloud environment certification in either AWS or Azure is highly desired.TIAG is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
