*BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST : *In this role, you will work directly with mission-oriented teams to ensure that projects run smoothly from inception to closeout and supporting business leadership to track internal expenses.*Responsibilities** Build relationships with support organizations to ensure timely responses to project roadblocks.* Participates on business process reengineering teams by mapping "as is"A' and "to be"A' business processes, eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements and their drivers, and business process metrics.* Utilize financial tracking systems to ensure health of the projects / programs assigned.* Assist the Program Manager with tracking and reporting operational expenses.* Develops and maintains proficiency in the systems, processes analysis tools and methods.* May support the functional end-users after project deployment, and may participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, new requirements development and enhance projects.* Develops solutions to problems of limited scope and complexity following standard policies and procedures.* Provide support to program and division staff as necessary.*Key Qualifications** Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field* Ability to generate and pull financial data from PowerBI.* Experience generating monthly status reports for a wide range of projects.* Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability* Outstanding organizational skills* Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field"We're an equal opportunity employer.
