We are seeking a full-time physical therapy technician to join our outpatient medical and physical therapy practice primarily at the Catonsville location. Hours for this role are *Monday through Friday.*Ideal role for someone who:* Loves talking to people and helping people feel welcome* Takes initiative* Enjoys collaborating with different groups of people* Has excellent phone skillsJob Description:* Monitoring daily operations of the office* Assisting Physical Therapists as needed with in-person appointments* On-boarding new patients and helping them fill out paperwork* Scheduling and re-scheduling new patient and follow-up visits, x-ray appointments, and outside referrals* Printing copies of paper documentation and preparing charts for providers* Medical records retrieval via phone, fax, and email with outside providers and hospitals* Routine upkeep of office cleanliness and managing office supply stock* Entering patient and visit data and scanning paperwork into practice management softwareA medical background is preferred; however, you will receive on the job training.
