The Hay-Adams offers an exceptional guest experience that goes beyond a good night's sleep.*Position Scope: *Oversees and directs all aspects of banquet and catering functions, providing functional assistance and direction, and coordinates functions and activities with other Food & Beverage department heads, in co-operation with Executive Chef.*Requirements: *Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate; certification of culinary training or apprenticeship preferred; Sanitation and Hygiene certificate. Two (2) years' experience as a Sous-Chef at a Four (4) star hotel or restaurant. Food handling certificate preferred.
