*Roles and Responsibilities: ** Planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for employees and business users* Designing training materials such as handouts and manuals and presenting them to learners in a clear, organized manner* Conducting evaluations of each training session to assess learner comprehension of the material covered and identify any areas for improvement* Supporting training staff in creating lesson plans, developing course materials, and designing training schedules* Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer* Work with subject matter experts and identify the target audience's training needs* State instructional end goals and create content that matches them* Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.* Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.* Develops instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.* Keeps current on best practices and standards in instructional design.* Writes scripts for video and audio content.* Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.* Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product* Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts* Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods* Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process* Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)* Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments*Required Skills: ** 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Instructional Technology.* Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System* Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard* Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts* BS, MS, MA, or higher degree in instructional design, education, or a related field*Certifications** Teaching or administrator's license/certifications a plusJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* Rockville, MD 20850: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Designer: 6 years (Required)Work Location: One location*Speak with the employer*+91 8072018507
