To learn more about our company, please visit SUMMARY:The Project Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing project-based work for our clients. Worldgate is a UKG implementation services partner and the Project Manager will lead our clients through UKG Ready (Time and Attendance) system implementations remotely. The Project Manager is a key influence in building and growing client relationships, accurately reporting status and ensuring projects are completed successfully with a high level of client satisfaction. The Project Manager leads our clients and our UKG functional consultants through our agile implementation methodology. The PM exhibits a high degree of initiative in resolving problems encountered during projects, escalating concerns to leadership, and presenting solutions to the client.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:* Proactively collaborate with client and vendor project teams to develop appropriate project plans and project documentation* Lead project meetings to drive issues to resolution to ensure a successful implementation of the solution* Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical project and client staff throughout and across projects* Ensure Vendor invoicing and deliverables meet contract requirements* Ensure proper client approvals and signatures for any Vendor Change Requests, if needed, to ensure proper Scope and budgetary compliance* Provide regular projects updates to client stakeholders and Worldgate leadership* Deliver constant and effective communication with project stakeholders and clients* Work closely with project and client staff to gather and document requirements to better understand client requirements and business needs* Coordinate the development of test cases that will be utilized during all testing phases of the project* Assist in the coordination of resources to participate in training and testing* Manage relationships across client business segments and various functional areas* Stay up to date on basis computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing.* Understand Worldgate's mission, values, and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) and ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate's values and behaviors.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's degree* 3+ Years' experience as a project manager on an IT systems project* 1+ Years' desired experience as part of an ERP (HR and/or Time & Attendance modules) implementation project* Project-based knowledge of ERP system implementations, preferably Cloud based ERP systems (UKG/Kronos desired)* PM certifications are a plusSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Experience with Agile Project Methodology* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products: OneNote, Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.* Proven meeting facilitator with explicit skills leading productive meetings* Experience mentoring, motivating, and leading team members* Ability to manage diverse teams and handle multiple assignments concurrently* Display effective brainstorming prowess and creativity* Proficiency in basic computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencingJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftExperience:* Kronos: 2 years (Preferred)* IT project management: 2 years (Preferred)* UKG Ready Products: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
