You will be responsible for recommending and selling memberships, gift cards and retail products to clients and meeting monthly sales goals. Always an A+ team player in the game right along your other staff members.*A DAY IN THE LIFE: ** Passionately present and sell memberships to all new clients.* Passionately identify opportunities to present and sell gift cards, additional services, and retail.* Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting clients with a big smile, checking them in/out, booking phone appointments, building relationships, and ensuring accuracy and comfort.* Open and close the wellness center.* Schedule new and returning appointments in person and over the phone.* Be knowledgeable about our services, descriptions and prices.* Assist in all projects delegated by management.* Complete daily administrative duties to keep wellness center running smoothly.* Complete daily cleaning duties such to keep wellness center inviting and comfortable.*A FULL TIME WELLNESS PARTNERA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents S SCHEDULE: *A full time Wellness Partner works a 40 hour work week (5 days). We expect all full time employees to be available to *open and close, at a minimum, twice per week.
