We are searching for self-motivated and career-oriented individuals to be part of an organization that wants to see you achieve a high level of success!Description:The primary role of the Client Account Manager (CAM) will be to assist Telecom companies in increasing sales and activations of their broadband and video products. In addition, the CAM will be responsible for training and coaching sales reps of these companies and sharing best practices and sales techniques. The CAM will have responsibility for a specified region and the surrounding market and have a presence virtually for retail stores and call center agents.Responsibilities:* The CAM will be required to train, coach, and motivate sales agents of telecom companies to sell their products and services better* Establish and maintain relationships with local managers while exhibiting strong leadership skills* Be knowledgeable on the latest promotional programs, policies, ordering systems, pricing, and products for which you are required to train and coach* Be able to provide reports, feedback, and sales results for your respective territory and partner companies* Partially remote, but will be expected to work in the field when traveling to support accounts (except for holiday weeks)* Properly complete expense reports and book travel arrangements* Perform daily reporting, promotional tracking, and work with other CAMs in the field at other locations* The CAM may also attend various seminars, participate in conference calls, plan promotional activities, assist with market research, and other special duties that may be asked of themRequirements:* BachelorA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA a plus)* Minimum 3 years of sales training experience; Telecom experience preferred* Willingness to travel (will be required 50-75% of the time)* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills* Possess good presentation, interpersonal, and motivational skills* Must have strong computer (Office Suite) and technology capabilities* Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude* Maintain professionalism in all aspects of dutiesThis is a full-time position. There will be a base salary with no commission.
