Please apply now and learn more.The WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents Compensation Administrator plans, organizes, administers, and supervises Five Guys WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents Compensation Program including reviewing and processing claims, participating in settlement negotiations, ensuring program conformance to applicable laws and regulations, preparing required reports, and monitoring and evaluating the program activities to ensure the delivery of quality services. The WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents Compensation Administrator will ensure completeness of claims, follow-up on missing information, and enter claim date in Risk Management Information System (RMIS).*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ** Plan, organize, administer, and supervise the CompanyA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents Compensation Program. This includes the review and processing of claims and legal documents, participation in settlement negotiations, recommending loss control strategies, instructing staff on WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents Compensation issues, and ensuring conformance to applicable laws and regulations while maintaining a high level of customer service.* Develop, recommend, and implement WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents Compensation policies and procedures; recommend and implement departmental goals and objectives in consultation with Associate Director, WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents Compensation.* Manage employee injury cases; investigate or oversee the investigation of claims; develop strategies to handle specific cases in consultation with the appropriate parties.* Provide information to appropriate personnel and submit claims within twenty-four hours of notification using established procedures. Coordinates mandatory reporting of illnesses and injuries as required by statute to governmental agencies.* Interface with physicians, attorneys, employees, and management staff for efficient administration of WorkersA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents * Compensation claims.
