In due time, we would like for the person in this position to grow into the role of Vice President of Software Engineering as a member of our leadership team.*Job Summary: *The Director of Software Engineering (DSE) will be responsible for taking over the development effort that the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) has heretofore been leading and continuing to work with him to build out the rest of technology portfolio. To do so, the DSE will need to assemble, lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers including those who are currently working at the company.
