Job Description: The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Construction Bookkeeper. This is an in person position.Responsibilities:* Preparing and enter journal entries* Balance general ledger accounts* Processing weekly payable run* Manage Cashflow* Tax preparation and filings (corporate, payroll, etc.)* File/scan any related documentation* Assist with bank reconciliation* Prepare accounting reportsRequired Skills* Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles accounting, disciplines of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costingPreferred Skills* Foundations software experience* Leadership experience* Excellent communication with all levels of management* Construction KnowledgeRequired ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years of financial accounting experience is required preferably in the construction industryThe Bartley Corp has been a leader in Concrete Construction since 1970 and continues to be a family owned and operated business.
