Our mission is to provide value-added solutions that contribute to the success of government agencies, small businesses and independent professionals by leveraging the skill and talent our most valuable resources - our people.Requires US CitizenshipRequires Secret (DOJ) Clearance*Position Description Summary*The Program Manager will provide program management support by overseeing the direct day to day operations for the Department of Justice Agency and supervising CONUS and OCONUS cross functional teams in executing financial, administrative, and technical support tasks.*Essential Job Function** Work with COR and Contracting Officer in the management of task order IDIQ contracts.* Support the maintenance of financial documents and transactions for a multiplicity of financial management systems.* Maintain records of a variety of transactions from valid source documents and provide verification of entries such as fund control files, spreadsheets, and databases.* Manage staff performance of financial management duties such as obtaining documentation to support payment processing, reconciling undelivered orders, and providing budgetary spreadsheets and reports.* Provide customer support by answering e-mails, receiving telephone calls, and visitors.* Perform research and analysis on policies, documents, transactions, data, processes, and systems to identify issues requiring resolution and recommend appropriate action orally, and in writing.* Manage training staff in the execution of coordinating logistics and information distribution for conferences and training events.* Develop and provide a variety of training materials for financial management training and conduct training presentations for an array of audiences.* Effectively and efficiently support fiscal staff with the increasing volume of financial requirements due to the growth of core programs and federal requirements which in turn direct financial management operations.* Ensure compliance with Federal laws, DOJ mandates and agency policies.* Effectively monitor fiscal operations in order to solidify infrastructure of agency internal controls.*Experience: ** Minimum of five years supervisory management experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations for federal government agencies AND* A minimum of five years' experience in nationwide contract management for a wide range of program/operations management services related to major federal government agencies.* Must have specialized experience working with COR's, and Contracting Officers in the management of task order IDIQ contracts.* Must have specialized knowledge and experience of the federal government acquisition process from RFI/RFP through contract award and on-going contract compliance and management.* In depth knowledge of DEA financial systems, standard operating procedures, and agency mission.* Experience managing large teams, of dozens of staff, across the country.* In depth knowledge of federal agency financial systems, standard operating procedures, and agency mission.* Working knowledge of compliance with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Act, the Government Management and Reform Act, the Federal Financial Management and Improvement Act, A-125 Prompt Payment, and OMB Circular A-123.* Working experience utilizing Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).*Education*:Bachelor's Degree required_*Tuba Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
