American Pool is seeking candidates who are interested in breaking into the recruiting experience! No recruiting experience is required. Our Recruiting and Staffing Assistants will be involved in the full cycle hiring process including: sourcing, interviewing, HR practices, onboarding processes, passive recruitment, screening, and more!*Responsibilities** *Sourcing.* Our recruiting assistant will be expected to dive deep into the sourcing world! Including passive recruiting, network recruiting, and in person active recruiting at different off-site events.* *Interviewing*. Our recruiters get involved in the full process of interviewing, from booking to closing up a fully hired candidate, all while ensuring candidate satisfaction.* *HR Practices. *Our recruiters become fully knowledgeable and proficient in our HR processes while navigating the hiring cycle.* *Onboarding. *Our recruiting team assists our new hires with completing a multi step onboarding process, including processing hiring documentation, ID's, employment agreements, and more.* *System and Database Usage. *Our recruiters use several different applications including Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems while moving employees through the hiring process. Learning to navigate these successfully is key!* *Staffing Coordination. *Our staffing and recruiting team put on their problem solving hats to find the perfect solutions to multifaceted staffing problems.*Skills** *Are you a great communicator? *Being an effective communicator is vital to success in this position. Whether face to face, over the phone, or in email, being a strong communicator is key!* *Do you have a solid base of IT knowledge? *A comfortable background with basic tech skills including Google Suite, MS Office, and other common Software Applications.* *Do you enjoy working as part of a team? *Our recruiters are always working as a large team.
