a. Prepare orders according to customer ticket specifications.b. Welcome customers in a pleasant and professional manner, talk about menu/specials with first time customers and answer questions about the menu.c. Follow all policies for correct use of recipes and menu items (correct ingredients, amounts, temperature, and presentation).d. Restock shelves, cabinets, bins, soup warmers and coolers behind the counter with items necessary to prepare orders.e. Keep the the beverage center, and counter stocked with all necessary items.f. Wipe down tables at the earliest opportunity after customers finish eating and have left, and restock condiments/napkin holders when able.g. Perform dish washing duties during shift and prior to leaving for the day.h. Check the bathroom for toilet paper, paper towels, and soap throughout the shift. Empty full trash cans in the bathroom, dining area, and behind the counter.i.
