POSITION SUMMARY: The Systems Administrator/Engineer II's role is to design, build, manage, monitor, and maintain new servers / applications and other various hardware / software in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes systems design, systems evaluations, security, testing, and installing / analyzing software applications in an UNIX/Windows network environment. A$ cents A cents ' not A' cents Performs security administration on designated technology including systems, applications and network security devices as well as vulnerability and patch management. A$ cents A cents ' not A' cents Develops and designs the reliability, performance, compatibility, interoperability, and uptime of systems and applications environments; provides solutions benefit and costs analyst to director. A$ cents A cents ' not A' cents 10+ years of relevant experience required for those without a BachelorA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s Degree / Certification. A$ cents A cents ' not A' cents Relevant Certifications required or equivalent work experience required. A$ cents A cents ' not A' cents Broad background in networking, client server, and web-based computing in a Windows and UNIX/Linux environment preferably utilizing Oracle relational database management system.
