The ideal candidate will have a professional or educational background in design, arts, or architecture with experience in business development or marketing and will enjoy building and developing relationships both internally and externally and getting involved in all aspects of communication for the Studio. A keen interest in architecture and the built environment as a whole is vital for this role, as is a proactive working approach and desire to build a career in creative marketing and business administration.The Administrative Assistant at Drummond Projects is responsible for assisting with all operations-related processes, to promote efficiencies and organizational structure. The company benefit offerings and employee contribution to payment for benefit plans are determined annually.*Paid Time Off*Full-time employees are eligible for up to fifteen (15) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at a rate of 1.25 days per month. Direct deposit will be distributed bi-weekly as an employee. If that day falls on a weekend, then checks are distributed (or direct deposit appears) the Friday after.*Evaluations*Principal will conduct quarterly evaluations based on the responsibilities and requirements outlined. This will be an opportunity for solution-based open dialogue to discuss performance, expectations, compensation, and other concerns or comments based on your experience.*Technical Equipment*Drummond Projects provides all employees with a working laptop and programs required.
