Install and program electronic security systems including but not limited to access control systems, intrusion detection systems and CCTV systemsA$ 'A' . Maintain project equipment inventoryA$ 'A' . Maintain project 'red-line' drawingsA$ 'A' . Assist project management staff with creating proposals as neededA$ 'A' . Assist engineering staff with creating designs as neededA$ 'A' . Travel to customer locations to install or inspect security systemsA$ 'A' . Perform quality control visits at security system installation locations as neededA$ 'A' . Train customer personnel on the use of security systems as neededA$ 'A' . Install low voltage cabling when neededA$ 'A' . Terminate, program and test security systemsA$ 'A' . Troubleshoot security system malfunctionsA$ 'A' . Answer trouble calls from customers*Required Skills*A$ 'A' . Knowledge of electronic security systems requiredA$ 'A' . Basic knowledge of IP networking requiredA$ 'A' . Must be able to pass a Federal Government background check (Criminal and Civil)A$ 'A' . Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)A$ 'A' . Proficient with Microsoft WindowsA$ 'A' . Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA$ 'A' . Must be willing to travel to local and remote project locationsA$ 'A' . Must have a valid driver's licenseA$ 'A' .
