Union Church is looking for an experienced HR Director to develop and manage the policies and procedures for our amazing organization. We need an individual with excellent interpersonal, organizational and recruitment skills to make sure that all our HR activities and programs are effective and in line with Union ChurchA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s goals and objectives.The ideal candidate needs to be an exceptional recruiter with strong organizational skills that knows how to develop and incorporate processes that accelerate organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be a builder and self-starter as this position will be tasked with building the organizationA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents s recruitment strategy from scratch and will be expected to meet substantial recruitment goals quickly, while also managing standard HR activities. This role will involve 60% recruiting responsibilities and 40% HR generalist responsibilities.*HR Director Responsibilities*A$ 'A' . Develop and standardize HR policies and proceduresA$ 'A' . Design and implement overall recruiting strategyA$ 'A' . Establish and manage employee benefits programsA$ 'A' . Assess and improve the performance management systemA$ 'A' . Analyze internal and competitor dataA$ 'A' . Develop and manage training programsA$ 'A' . Develop and update job descriptions and job specificationsA$ 'A' . Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesA$ 'A' . Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.A$ 'A' . Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.A$ 'A' . Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processA$ 'A' . Screen candidatesA$ cents A cents ' not A cents " cents resumes and job applicationsA$ 'A' . Conduct interviews using recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidatesA$ 'A' . Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the lead teamA$ 'A' . Previous experience working as an HR Director or HR ManagerA$ 'A' . Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skillsA$ 'A' . Extensive knowledge of labor regulationsA$ 'A' . Complete understanding of the best HR policies, practices, and proceduresA$ 'A' . Experience with reporting and data analysisA$ 'A' .
