This also includes outreach to various divisions/groups and employee councils.A cents € cents Update Engagement project trackerA cents € cents Write/edit/send email broadcasts to workforceA cents € cents Oversee Employee Highlight initiative: engage Employee Advisory Council to secure featured employee, collect employee information, edit, and publish it on SharePoint every six weeksA cents € cents Help with employee council projects and initiatives (planning events, producing newsletters, etc.)A cents € cents Serve as an I&A Public Affairs liaison (pitching articles, writing articles, coordinating photos, quotes)A cents € cents Assists with the management of the I&A Quarterly Awards program including planning and execution of quarterly award ceremoniesA cents € cents Works with/assists SharePoint team to improve I&A sitesA cents € cents Help Sr. Comms Manager/PM plan and execute employee engagement events, celebratory month panels (Women's History Month, National Disability Awareness Month, etc.)A cents € cents Develop, edit, and update SOP documents for various communications items.Additionally, as Team Lead:A cents € cents Produce weekly/bi-Weekly Report for COR, fed leads, etc.A cents € cents Coordinate and approve time off requests and schedule adjustmentsA cents € cents Log/collect contract deliverablesA cents € cents Assist/remind employees about variety of TSA or I&A items such as PIV card renewals, parking policies,etc.A cents € cents Set up employee check in meetings to fit needs of PM and employee (once a week, bi-weekly, once a month, unnecessary, etc.)A cents € cents Host weekly ESVP DSPEC contractor team meetingA cents € cents Conduct Annual ReviewsA cents € cents Maintain information flow with contractor COR and other federal leads/employees A cents € cents Provide COR with a variety of contract/employee information upon requestA cents € cents Collect work product examples, kudos, etc.Corporate Performance Standards: In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:1.
