Our teams make it happen with strong communication skills, service-minded work ethic, and most of all, teamwork.We're a growing company with a footprint that spans the country* 2,500 Employees coast to coast* 55 Locations in 22 states* 20+ Years in business* $280M in annual salesWith a strong, stable foundation, you can look forward to growth opportunities with us.*Position Summary*This position will be responsible for leading the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) teams, directing the processing of invoices and payments, overseeing the collection of customer payments, and providing superior service to internal and external business partners.*Position Duties** Responsible for overseeing and leading the AP & AR teams and operations* Responsible for accurate, timely and complete processing of all AP & AR transactions* Maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners* Oversee and provide support for company purchasing cards, expense reports, cash application and account adjustments* Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information* Responsible for annual 1099 and other AP & AR compliance reporting requirements* Ensure AP & AR policies and procedures are accurate and followed* Continuously improve AP & AR by analyzing trends and providing recommendations* Provide support for internal and external audits, as necessary*Position Requirements**Education*: Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance*Experience*: Minimum 5 years AP & AR experience; supervisory experience preferred*Knowledge*: Understanding of GAAP accounting and accounting operations; good technical skills including Excel and experience with ERP*Skills*:* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines* Service minded work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively across teamsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
