Bureau of School Health and Support, School Health Services, Contractual, 10 Month Positions, Open and ContinuousUnder the supervision of the appropriate School Health Nurse, this position manages the activities of the schools health room. These duties include first aid and administration of medication as delegated by the school nurse. Responsibilities may include a variety of health tasks and clerical work in assisting students with health related needs. Nature of work involves lifting, positioning, transferring, and aiding in bodily functions as needed.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.Experience: NoneLicense: Candidates must possess a current Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Nursing Assistant Certificate.
