Overview

AM LLC has immediate openings for Case Investigators to support state and local COVID-19 Contact Tracing programs. High call-volume position. No travel required, 100% remote work. Candidates are preferred to live within Arizona.

Case Investigators act as a primary point person to call people with a positive diagnostic test for COVID-19, provide support and gather information, including information about the disease. The successful candidate will perform case investigations and contact tracing; working remotely to conduct a virtual "needs check,"and connect at-risk COVID-19 positive patients and people in quarantine to community resources.

These case investigators will perform both English case investigations. Hours required are 10:00am-6:30am Arizona Time, Monday through Friday. With surges, shifts may change, and weekends may be expected.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point person to call people with a positive diagnostic test for COVID-19, provide support and gather information, including information about the disease and isolation procedures
  • Call contacts of newly-diagnosed patients
  • Triage and coordinate next steps for isolation for cases and quarantine for individuals the person has been in contact with
  • Communicate with cases and contacts in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collect and record information on symptoms into the CRM
  • Provide contacts with approved information on state/local quarantine procedures, and, if appropriate, refer them to testing according to protocol
  • Coordinate tracking efforts with local health authority and refer cases and contacts to local resources
  • Oversee quality control of data collection and data reporting
  • Make informed, educated decisions on case management based on interview guidelines
  • Maintain daily contact with the Supervisor/Case Navigator

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent license/certification/experience in a health-science field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • RN, LPN, BA in Public Health or healthcare related degree preferred

Technology Requirements:
  • PC with Windows 10 or Mac with Mac OS 10.15 or newer

  • Personal mobile device

THE COMPENSATION FOR THIS ROLE IS $27.00/HOURLY. The AM LLC pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or other law.
