At CACI, the Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City, OK is home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.

At the SSC, we employ the use of many reporting tools. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining ServiceNow reports and metrics, opening up the SSC to SQL server connections, working with the corporate team to develop Cognos reports, creating and maintaining Power BI reports, and exploring other direct connections where able.

As the Business Analyst - Process Improvement & Innovations, you will be part of a team that is the driver behind our continued growth and success at the SSC. From documenting current functional processes and evaluating their candidacy for innovation to creating cutting edge solutions, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and high-performing analyst. More About the Role

  • Drive discovery sessions across busines units to document current As-Is processes and to identify substandard processes through review of process documentation and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Serve as a thought leader for technical solutions using UiPath Robotics Automation, Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate platforms, developing forward-thinking solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain knowledgebase repository through SharePoint and ensure quality procedures and solutions are available to the staff.
  • Monitor assigned tasks by priority to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to ensure awareness of operational activities and upcoming projects as well as provide updates to assigned tasks.
  • Understand CACI corporate structure and interacts with other staff to update documentation effectively.

You'll Bring These Qualifications

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant applications, including, SharePoint, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, SQL, & COGNOS
  • Experience in development and reporting of service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices/ISO20K standards
  • Proven capabilities in project management
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful solutions.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
