CACI is seeking an enterprise level director who will be part of the IT organization and as a strategic technical leader. This role is aligned as a direct report to Infrastructure Services (EIS) Executive Director and will participate as a member of the EIS Leadership Team. EIS is responsible for IT Network Infrastructure delivery to CACI, supporting over 22,000 employees delivering complex expertise and technology solution to the Federal Government.

This role works internally to CES and with outside stakeholders to develop requirements, standards and a modernization roadmap for telecom and collaboration service delivery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: infrastructure, hardware, architecture and software required to support telecom and collaboration unclassified and classified environments.

This individual should enjoy rolling their sleeves up and working across multiple technical domains to execute changes and develop solutions focused on enabling the needs of the business. The role will work with the CACI Enterprise Services and CACI stakeholder teams to ensure alignment for current and future delivery of telecom and collaboration systems compliant with federal and DOD Information Assurance requirements.

The individual will have an understanding of the most overarching view of the organization's business needs and construct roadmap creating a clear bridge between context and concept. In this context, the Director of Enterprise Telecom and Collaboration will ensure the right enterprise infrastructure is created while the deployed IT solutions meet current and future business needs and align to a comprehensive optimized IT solution environment.

The person who fills this position will be supporting delivery of high-reliability telecom and collaboration services. Additionally, the role will be responsible for analyzing current trends in enterprise telecom and collaboration technology and work to educate CES in regard to requisite applicable frameworks, methodologies and best practices.

Work location will be in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in a hybrid flexible remote model. MUST be in this geographical area.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience as a focused experience in Data Center, Unified Communications, Voicemail, Call Centers, VoIP and SIP systems.
  • Extensive network operational experience including design and deployment
  • Extensive experience with audio and web-conferencing solutions including integration with MS TEAMS and related collaboration solutions
  • Experience leading the oversight, improvement and upgrading of enterprise services, to deliver integrated voice and collaboration solutions at an enterprise level, including mobile device management, voice platforms, related hardware and software.
  • Proven telecom and collaboration experienced focused on conceptual and logical service delivery models.
  • Excellent systems documentation and architecture diagram skills with thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, and security procedures.
  • Experience in design and development of VoIP and SIP platforms to include integration models, network diagrams, data flow models, and traceability of requirements and standards to enterprise design models.
  • Experience in systems engineering requirements and concept development, systems hardware and software design and development, and system integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology. Convert requirements into a cohesive bridge to the implementation of technology that enables the overall business strategy.
  • Experience working with multiple teams and ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels within and outside of the organization to bring together the solution.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with diverse, multi-domain, distributed program teams.
  • Excellent working knowledge of enterprise level systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
  • Thorough experience in developing enterprise IT strategies and roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams in a large organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Cisco VoIP iPBX's, Cisco UCCX, Cisco CER, Cisco Unity and Oracle Session Border Controller
  • Experience with Federal and DoD cyber security standards: NIST 800-171, DFARS Clause 252-2004-7012/7019/7020, ICD-503, and understanding of the emerging CMMC Certification
  • Merger and acquisition integration experience
  • Vendor relationship and outsourcing management
  • PMBOK PMP Certification
