Job Description:

CACI is looking for several levels ofChange Managersto support our customer, U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), at Scott AFB Illinois. This position is contingent upon award of theUSTRANSCOM Command, Control, Communication & Cyber Systems Managed Information Technology Services (MITS), Enterprise support Managed services.

What You'll Get to Do:

Responsible for implementing change management processes and procedures, assessing change management needs, and implementing plansto guide the command to a mature change process. Ensure solutions and infrastructure changes are introduced in a controlled, yet efficient, manner. Record, classify, prioritize, and assign change requests IAW command procedures and governance board. Report on summary status of change requests to include number of open and closed requests and length of open and open-to-close times. Execute a deliberate review of the impact of proposed change requests. Conduct research on process improvement and provide recommendations. Ensure software policies and procedures remain current andup-to-date. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining internal change management policies,proceduresand associated training plans.May provide work direction and guidance to others.Other duties as assigned.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

Support change management activities to include record, classify, prioritize, and assign change requests IAWCombatant Command (CCMD)Procedures and governance boards.Resolve change requests IAW Command guidelines, directives, and governance board.

Additionally, the Change Managerwill provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Currently hold an adjudicatedSecret Clearanceand be able tomaintain
  • BA/BS + 3 yearsrecent specialized or AA/AS +7 yearsrecent specialized or a major cert + 7 yearsrecent specialized or 11 years of recent specializedexperience
  • ITIL v3 - Foundation
  • CompTIASecurity +(IAT Level II or greater)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operationalneeds
  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements
  • Cisco Certified NetworkProfessional(CCNP)
