CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to support Operations, and Maintenance (O&M),limited research and development (R&D), and procurement of data/information processing capabilities on the IMD contract.

CACI benefits equate to 50% of salary on TOP of your base salary.

Both components of the CACI benefit package are paid for by CACI in addition to your base salary and potential performance bonuses.

What You'll Get to Do

You will get to work with an interdisciplinary engineering team, supporting the dynamic NASIC enterprise. You will provide systems administration expertise across a varied set of hardware, software, and expeditionary equipment. Communicate highly technical information to all levels of the NASIC teams and subordinate units. You will have the opportunity to work with both co-located and remote engineering teams across the globe, along with providing on-site support to exercise events throughout the year.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited University
  • Minimum three years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience without a degree
  • Experience in supporting the production of technical volumes, white papers, version description documents
  • Experience in integrating and troubleshooting distributed systems in a Linux/Unix environment (CentOS)
  • Experience installing and configuring COTS software applications
  • Experience creating and analyzing bash and Perl shell scripting
  • Experience with log management (syslog, rsyslog, syslog-ng)
  • Experience with network protocols and testing
  • Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks
  • DOD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (SEC+ or eqv.)


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience configuring servers, networks, and storage.
  • Exposure to SIGINT Production Systems
  • Experience with firewalls, IP tables, and user account management
  • Experience with virtual machine management
  • Experience with OS performance tuning and Linux security
  • One of the following certifications: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CE, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH
  • Systems Engineering or Project Management certification (ASEP, Project+)
