What You'll Get to Do:
  • Design and implement test cases for various aspects of cyber, analytics, machine learning, optimization, and computer networking projects.
  • Mapping requirements to test cases
  • Implement effective quality controls.
  • Design automated testing systems and quality control workflows to improve the efficiency of the quality assurance process.
  • Collect data about instances of product errors and investigate possible solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, and 4-8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • Broad computer science background, which may include knowledge in cybersecurity, IP networking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently solve problems.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in PyTest, Django framework.
  • Some experience with Docker or other container solutions.
  • API testing background, familiarity with RESTful services.
  • Relational database experience (specifically SQLite, PostgreSQL) and Object-Oriented Programming language (Python, C#, Java).
  • Experience with industry standard automation and development tools (JIRA, GitLab, Docker, GitHub).
  • Software testing experience on both Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Several years of experience (3-5) with Linux-based operating systems, including knowledge of system utilities, networking functions and utilities, and shell scripting.
  • Experience using Python to control and interact with system functions, files, sockets, etc.
  • Ability to review manuals, system architecture requirements, and source code to gain an understanding of the functions of a hardware or software system.
  • Ability to develop and effectively present a testing architecture and plan.
  • Experience automating webservice APIs (REST, SOAP) using common testing tools (Postman).
  • Experience with automated test frameworks and environments (PyTest, ReadyAPI, TestComplete, Ansible).
  • Experience in Agile SDLC - Implementing testing techniques based on the functional and technical requirements.
  • Analyze requirements and responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting the system.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle work on multiple projects at once and handle fast paced testing environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and eagerness to investigate new problems both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Security clearance of Secret or higher.
