As the Program Support/ISSO, you will be part of a high-paced team of subject matter experts tasked to implement and solve challenging IT goals. You can be assured you will be joining a tech focused, people-oriented team.

More About the Role
  • Provide meeting support, capturing notes and requirements.
  • Tracking of A&A status of assigned USCG system(s)
  • Advise client of the adequacy of implementation of cybersecurity requirements
  • Perform network, cloud, information systems, hardware, software and device security authorization and assessments, as well as the application and execution of policy, including project management support services.
  • Work with system ISSO and other personnel in the development and implementation of A&A artifacts and associated documentation.
  • Support USCG RMF program efforts
  • Track and updates information and records using Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
  • Identify, assess, and advise on cybersecurity control compliance and associated risks.
  • Develop Plans of Action & Milestone (POA&Ms), and report as directed by applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and meeting minutes as required


You'll Bring These Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing and enterprise level service catalog.
  • SME in Cloud Assessment and Authorization.
  • Experience as an SCA, ISSM, ISSO or ISSE.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to capture, define and translate technical details for a wide-ranging audience of Technical and Non-Technical personnel.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
