CACI is looking for a Technical Trainer who will perform instructional design tasks and instructor led classroom training for a federal agency with an SAP ERP system. The analyst shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable with public speaking and virtually assisting users.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Work with the diversified training teams to create intuitive e-learning, step by step, distance learning and on-site training sessions.
  • Develop and deliver technical and end-user training.
  • Develop training materials to include course objectives, teacher guides, student guides, course materials, training manuals, distance learning tools and computer-based tools.
  • Develop quick reference guides and PowerPoint training materials to support training.
  • Be a Functional SME in the development and delivery of training webinars, briefings, and question and answer sessions.
  • Seed/ load and test training data.
  • As needed create and update course materials to meet 508 compliance requirements.
  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions to educate the training team on SAP training best practices, capabilities, templates, and configurations.
  • Work with the functional and technical teams to understand their business and operational processes.
  • Support end user training activities both in-person and virtually as required under the guidance of the Govt. Education Coordinator and PM.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Training experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Assemblage Management (AM), Warehouse Management (WM) and DoD Functional Logistics processes.
  • Experience delivering instructor led training in a remote fashion using MS Teams or other eLearning tools.
  • Ability to break down functional content and teach to different learning styles.
  • SAP instructor Led Training (ILT) design and delivery experience including creating and maintaining Work Step Instructions and simulations.
  • ADDIE Instructional Design methodology experience.
  • Superior oral and written communication, grammar, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on projects both independently and collaboratively.
  • Sound business acumen to understand and comprehend complex business requirements and translate into enablement strategies that meet business priorities.
  • Relevant experience in education solutions and business transformation delivery roles
  • Ability to travel extensively during on-site training delivery requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a clearance level T3 (favorable public trust) or higher

Education and Experience:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5-7 years of related experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP Public Sector training
  • Experience with SAP Enable Now

Physical Demands:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Extensive travel may be required during the training event.
