What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking an Aerospace Engineer (Senior) to perform and manage the production of various products in coordination with project and program leadership.
  • This position shall conduct analysis of current and future system capabilities, limitations and/or vulnerabilities; write comprehensive all-source S&TI assessments; write engineering analysis reports of assessed technical capabilities, and populate and maintain databases on foreign conventional weapons, C4ISR systems, and counter-C4ISR systems.
  • You will determine and document kill-chain and weapon functionality analysis (including software analysis) for systems and systems-of-systems.

More About the Role:
  • You will have the opportunity to determine the characteristics of current foreign military systems and predict future capabilities and battlefield effectiveness of such aerospace systems, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), helicopters, missiles, projectiles, air vehicles (subsonic, supersonic, and hypersonic) and their materials and mechanical/aeronautical structures.
  • You shall determine air vehicle/projectile aerodynamic performance using modeling techniques and document vehicles in digital CAD models.
  • You will apply knowledge of the collected intelligence data, scientific, engineering, and/or technical principles of weapon technology, and combat environments to analyze foreign nations' military weapons systems design, capabilities, effects, and tactics.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. Must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • MS degree in a related scientific field and 5+ years of experience as an Aerospace Engineer.
  • Experience applying modeling techniques to digital CAD models

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience and knowledge of current and future UAS and aviation flight/operations and platforms
  • Experience with the NGIC and its production processes and IC databases
  • Understanding of Office of the Dir of National Intel (ODNI) Analytic Standards ICD 203 and ICD 206
  • Experience in DoD Science and Technology (S/T) offices
