CACI is seeking a cleared Project Manager who will be responsible for the performance of a relatively significant technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Responsible for the management of an established subcontractor team for all deliverables with a focus on cost, schedule, and performance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Lead the team using classic program management and systems engineering planning and execution for the development of high assurance communications devices
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the Program Management Plan, the Integrated Master Schedule
  • You will be responsible for identifying and documenting all entrance and exit criteria for all major reviews with the customer
  • You will be responsible for the delivery and management of CDRLs
  • Responsible for the staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation, discipline, and performance evaluation of assigned employees.
  • Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development.
  • Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and financials.
  • Responsible for driving recommendations through to implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and defines project/program requirements and scope.
  • Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.
  • Defines, acquires, and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • An active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Shall have a Bachelor's Degree, in any of the following degrees programs: Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline.
  • Shall have ten (10) years of experience, five (5) of which were within the last five (5) years. Experience shall be in the development of secure communication devices.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience with moving secure products through high assurance or Type-1 certification and accreditation processes.
  • Experience with moving secure products through Commercial Solutions for Classified Program (CSfC) certification and accreditation processes.
  • Shall have experience transitioning prototypes to production for commercially available products.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
