CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator to provide desktop, software, and peripheral support to the C5ISR Center user population and their tenants to include, operability of standard office automation desktop software in accordance with (IAW) current Army standards at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Provide the capability to electronically "push" software updates, security updates, vendor patches (service packs, service releases), information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVA's), etc. to end user devices.
  • Maintain accountability of C5ISR Center software licenses and life-cycle replacement documentation for software licenses, life-cycle replacement of end user devices to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and other hardware.
  • Apply current operating system patches and security patches electronically or manually to meet Cybersecurity compliance.
  • Provide hardware and software support (i.e. Hardware installation, configuration and maintenance as well as software installation support) to application, file, and print services.
  • Provide and install hardware, operating system, and software for file, print, and applications servers.
  • Install security (IAVA) patches on all servers and test and verify systems are not adversely affected by patches.
  • Create shared folders on a common server area to enable a group of employees to share and work on the same files.
  • Provide Microsoft Active Directory organizational unit (OU) administration and coordination with the local RNEC
  • Ensure successful operation, maintenance, and administration/configuration of portable digital assistant (PDA) (e.g., iPhone/iPad), or mobility devices, prior to issuing to C5ISR Center customers.
  • Ensure personnel can attain and maintain access to: DISA Storefront, DISA Purebred, Verizon business portal, and the C5ISR Centers Apple Business Manager account.
  • Ensure personnel can accurately and effectively track and maintain all mobility devices, to ensure C5ISR Center auditing compliance.
  • Configure & STIG harden network printers & digital senders.
  • Perform DISA Mail provisioning tasks.
  • Perform required property accountability actions while performing any defined duties.

More About the Role:
  • Operate the C5ISR Center helpdesk to serve as a single point of contact for all Automated Data Processing (ADP), automation, remote computing, hardware, and technical support for C5ISR CENTER users.
  • Ensure that the helpdesk will be operated during C5ISR CENTER normal duty hours, Monday through Friday, 0700 - 1800.
  • The Contractor shall ensure emergency & on call support will be provided on federal holidays and weekends. The Contractor will develop a system to track service requests and support calls.
  • Provide touch labor support to C5ISR Center and their tenants with hardware, software, and telephone support to include providing customers with initial point of contact (POC) for service requests and problem reporting. Touch labor support is production labor that can be reasonably and consistently related directly to a unit of work being manufactured, processed, or tested. It is a hands-on labor effort.
  • Track, audit, resolve issues, and provide feedback to close the loop with the customer.
  • Receive, document, assign, and monitor service requests.
  • Provide help desk / systems management data analysis includes help desk management tool and outputs associated to trend analysis and help desk performance to improve system performance.
  • Provide timely notifications by the help desk to user population of planned or unplanned system maintenance or degradation.
  • Provide Microsoft Active Directory organizational unit (OU) administration and coordination with the local RNEC
  • Align managed systems concerning Windows Operating Systems, UNIX operating systems, images, containers, PODs, Nodes, or other applicable cloud computing technologies, registered applications, and supporting application technologies to current DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)/security requirements guides (SRG), and applicable guidance concerning the cybersecurity posture of administered information systems within the applicable network in which the systems in question reside.
  • Install and support Government furnished software and hardware
  • Service all tickets for installation and replacement of printer toner cartridges and printer fuse kits
  • Provide written evaluations, procedures, checklists, and instructions for CIO approval
  • Submit local service requests (LSRs), and installation RNEC helpdesk ticket requests as appropriate.
  • Provide backup VTC support over multiple networks to C5ISR Center and their tenants.
  • Work closely with C5ISR Center and installation RNEC telephone control officer (TCO) to ensure services continue with little to no service interruption.
  • Assist with in-processing and out-processing of users.
  • Ensure successful operation, maintenance and administration/configuration of portable digital assistant (PDA) (e.g., iPhone/iPad), or other mobility devices prior to issuing to C5ISR Center customers.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Security + certification.
  • Experience performing hardware installation of end user devices to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and other hardware.
  • Experience providing system administration and operating system support (support to include troubleshooting, upkeep, configuration and reliable operations of computer systems) for file, print; and common user application services.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
