What You'll Get to Do:

The successful candidate will the collaborate with the Army Cryptologic Office's Capabilities Branch who is responsible for working with mission partners to collaborate on new SIGINT capabilities as they are being developed. These partners include national-level agencies, our sister's services, ACMs, Program Executive Offices and aligned Program managers / Product managers, and multi-star headquarters across the globe. The Network Engineer will help with various integration projects bridging next-generation capabilities with secure intelligence architectures, as the SIGINT warfighting function evolves in the multi-domain construct. The position will be instrumental in helping to ensure that communications are robust, redundant, reliable, secure, and meet commanders' demands.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting network issues
  • Support/ implement network solutions that facilitates availability of collected data from SIGINT systems
  • Provide technical expertise for network services
  • Advise on network and data transport requirements for future capabilities, technologies, real-world operations, and training missions that impact the SIGINT community
  • Advise on the integration between Army and Joint Service Signal community efforts with regard to data transport
  • Advise ACO of Army SIGINT policies, doctrine, and requirements with regard to intelligence community architectures, secure network communications, intelligence data transport, and data flow considerations
  • Create and provide monthly technical status reports

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Strong judgement and possession of cognitive processing skills to support working in a dynamic and high-operational tempo environment
  • Ability to support shifting schedules, based on mission demand, to support INDOPACOM and EUCOM
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience

  • 2+ years supporting intelligence community networks

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting ground SIGINT missions
  • 451 Intermediate Signals Analysis Course
  • Experience supporting aerial SIGINT missions
  • Experience with SATCOM
  • Experience with Information Assurance processes
  • Knowledge of intelligence dissemination methods and dataflow architectures
  • Experience in combat zones or support to near-real time force protection
  • Security+ Certification
