CACI has an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team in support of USCYBERCOM in the Ft. Meade, MD area!CACI is currently looking forProject Analysts to support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Joint Operations Center (JOC). This program provides mission-critical support to Cyberspace operations, deconfliction, and planning activities through collaboration with existing federal cyber centers, create synergies that do not currently exist, centralize command and control of cyberspace operations, and synchronize warfighting effects to defend the information security environment. Our team will assist USCYBERCOM with improving the DoD's capabilities for its Information Networks ("the DODIN") and ensuring resilient, reliable information and communication networks, providing support to Combatant Commanders across the globe, strengthening the nation's ability to withstand and counter cyberspace threats, ensuring access to cyberspace, and responding to cyber-attacks. Some of these positions require shift work to support 24x7x365 operations.

What You'll Get to Do
  • With no guidance, assist the USCYBERCOM Program Manager with planning, initiating, monitoring, and closing out projects
  • With no guidance, identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Conduct analysis on program performance and risks, research discrepancies, and prepare management reports and briefings
  • Develop and maintain management reports, implementation schedules, and key performance parameters
  • Provide input and assist with requirement definition, scope of work definition, and scope management
  • Participate in analysis activities, identifies actions and coordinates actions across the team
  • Conduct requirements analysis, maintain record of requirements, or portions thereof, being fulfilled by projects, and dependency on other efforts

More About the Role

Our Project Analysts:
  • Provide support to the USCYBERCOM Program Manager to evaluate, review, monitor, and report on program performance
  • Conduct analysis and monitoring of program requirements, performance, schedule, and risk
  • Research, collect, organize, and interprets technical data and status relating to programs
  • Performs data and requirement gathering and business process analysis

You'll Bring These Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Project Analyst
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Desired: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph required
