Job Description:

The Authority Incident Manager will analyze and integrate SIGINT operations for personal privacy protection and meeting legal obligations, while driving mission success.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Conduct incident reporting and analysis of potential incidents. You shall be able to clearly explain and communicate the pertinent requirements and guidance affecting each authority. The number of incidents completed in any given day is based upon the complexity of the incident, system availability, and analyst response time.
  • Provide the level of service consistent throughout the period of performance to achieve the requirements provided.
  • Research, review, monitor, manage and deliver reports on incidents and alerts that come through the organization
  • Attend all Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) aligned with your experience, responsibilities and the work being performed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather all information necessary to accurately generate and address follow-upquestionspertainingtotheincident(s)
  • Collaborate with the customer and other organizations to investigate,update, or revise theincident(s),asapplicable.
  • Collaborate with team members and analystsanduse analytical tools and databases to understandincidents.
  • Accurately document incident(s) in the corporate tool.
    • Complete and submit the incident report to the customer within three business days of the customer's assessment of an incident.
    • Use the customer's established Task list to manage the reporting requirements.
    • Complete 710 authority incidents yearly (60 per month).
  • Provide the total number of incident reports completed in the Monthly Status Report. The report shall include the number of reports submitted in accordance with deadlines and the number of delinquent reports with justification as to why the reports (s) were late, if applicable.
  • Complete all annual mandatory and contract training requirements

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Four years of experience with SIGINT operations as a collector, processor, analyst or reporter of SIGINT
  • An understanding of the laws, policies and regulations governing SIGINT. A clear understanding of the IC and the Extended Enterprise as it relates to the Agency's mission
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
