CACI is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to provide Tier II and Tier III support for the Operations, Maintenance and Automation Team for a 12,000+ user community for a federal agency. This is a remote position.

More About the Role:

As a Systems Support 2 professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows) applications to improve overall stability and resiliency of these critical business applications. In addition, you will also be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting Tier II and Tier III incident tickets to triage and resolve complex, high impact production issues.

You'll Bring These Qualifications :
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a desire to provide outstanding customer support
  • Experience with basic SQL and shell scripting
  • Experience with error log reading and technical configuration
  • Experience with responding to monitoring alerts and asset
  • Willing and able to obtain a DOJ MBI clearance


These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Experience with an incident management applications (Remedy, Rational, Serena)
  • Experience supporting Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows)

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $44,900-$89,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
