What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking an Operations Systems Support Specialist who will support Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows) application for the Operations, Maintenance and Automation Team for a federal agency with a 12,000+ user community. In this role, you will aid in deploying releases, application administration, issue analysis and resolution. This role is 100% remote.

More About the Role:
  • Aid in deploying releases, application administration, issue analysis and resolution
  • Provide end user support and document tickets and technical procedures
  • Assist with configuration of automated scheduler and system performance monitoring
  • Generate SQL scripts to support issue analysis and resolutions
  • Support application configuration changes during scheduled maintenance outage windows
  • Propose changes to process and system architecture to improve efficiency and reduce risk of application outages
  • Work closely with the client staff, functional team, and development team to translate client issues and concerns into workable solutions


  • You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem solving, and a desire to provide outstanding customer support
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts
  • Familiarity with UNIX, application installation and configuration using AIX or windows
  • Experience with java application servers and C++ applications
  • Willing and able to obtain a DOJ MBI clearance


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience Oracle databases and shell scripting
  • Experience with an incident management application (Remedy, Rational, Serena)
  • Experience supporting Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $44,900-$89,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
