This role reports to the Vice President of Enterprise IT - Federal Civilian. The chosen individual will oversee a large government program and be responsible for establishing the approach and execution of programmatic activities across multiple IT domains. Task areas include Classified and Unclassified Network Engineering and Administration, Systems Infrastructure Deployment and Support, NOC/SOC Management, Service Level and Performance Management, Cloud Migration, Information Assurance, Cross Domain Solutions, COMSEC, Project Management, End User Support, ITSM, and Stakeholder Engagement.

The chosen individual will be expected to work closely with executive leadership, process owners and business stakeholders to ensure integration of key capabilities, delivery timelines, and organizational impacts are understood and aligned with business needs, as well as defined budgets.

The chosen individual will develop vision, roadmap, milestones, monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identifies execution problems, and works toward solutions, such as allocation of resources or mitigation of risks.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Top Secret Clearance; TS/SCI preferred
  • Currently holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Program Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, & project execution) on a large, complex program (300+ FTE)
  • Minimum 15 years relevant professional experience and a BS/BA degree
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of process optimization approaches.
  • Experience managing complex programs that contain classified networks, systems engineering and architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a diverse group of technical and functional professionals, across disciplines, to develop effective solutions
  • Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapid paced and virtual team environment
  • Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with business transformation and enablement using Agile focused processes/methodologies/tools.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining strategic multi-year plans.
  • Experience managing cross-functional activities
  • Experience developing integration strategies to ensure connectivity and an integrated strategic approach to the design and implementation of new processes and enabling systems/technologies
