What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who will support Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows) application for the Operations, Maintenance and Automation Team for a federal agency with a 12,000+ user community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Tier III technical support for Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows) applications. This role is 100% remote.

More About the Role:
  • Provide Tier III technical support to improve overall stability and resiliency of these critical business applications
  • Assist in development of DevOps processes, software architecture, hardware, and resource management
  • Provide performance monitoring and management, as well as development of monitoring processes and reports.
  • Networking will be performed in a secure environment


You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • 1 or more years of experience with SQL
  • Experience with error log reading and technical configuration
  • Experience with responding to monitoring alerts and asset tracking
  • Willing and able to obtain a DOJ MBI clearance


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem solving, and a desire to provide outstanding customer support
  • Experience with an incident management application (Remedy, Rational, Serena)
  • Experience supporting Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $44,900-$89,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
